Welcome to the official website of the Emergency Medical Services of Brigham Young University!

If you're interested in joining BYU EMS, click here to find out how and apply. We accept new members at the beginning of Fall, Winter, and Spring semester/term. Applications for Spring/Summer semester 2025 are currently open and will close on April 8th, 2024. Interviews will be held on reading day (April 17th, 2025) If you've applied in the past, you will need to submit a new application. Follow our Instagram account, @byu.ems, for updates on the next application cycle.

Requesting EMS at your event

BYU EMS offers standby medical coverage at a variety of BYU events, including basketball games, football games, and special events on campus. To request EMS at your BYU event, please contact Kevin Peterson at kevinl_peterson@byu.edu.
